Why Clubs Need Documentation

Clubs rely on documentation to make sure everyone understands how the organisation works and what is expected of members, volunteers and committee officers. Clear written policies and procedures reduce misunderstandings, support consistent decision-making and help resolve issues fairly. They also provide continuity when people change roles, so that a club does not lose knowledge or drift away from its agreed standards simply because key volunteers move on.
On this page you’ll find most of the documentation that is used by the club, including the Members Handbook. This Handbook is designed to provide information and guidance to Club Members, and we ask you to spend time making yourself familiar with its contents.
We hope that understanding the Rules and Policies of the club will enable all our Members to enjoy what the Club has to offer.
